If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 60 days. Include the manufacturer’s packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund onto your credit card, if that is how you paid, or a check. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $5 to cover our original shipping and processing costs. We Will Not Accept Returns With Shipping Labels Attached Directly To Product Packaging

The exception is our personal care products such as razors, strops, shave brushes and nail nippers. Some of these are hygienically sealed and we will take them back only if they are unopened or defective.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, you may be able to locate that manufacturer here.

If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
