  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    We guarantee to refund any item purchased on kurtgeiger.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

    International returns process

    Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

    • Fill out the form enclosed in your parcel.
    • Use the resealable sticky panels on your Kurt Geiger packaging to seal your package.
    • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send to the following address:

    We do not offer free returns on any international orders; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK.

    Please note, you cannot return purchases made online to any of our international stores.

    Returns Policy

    Please return your unworn items with 14 days of purchase for a full refund of goods.

    All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags.

    Shoes

    We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

    Jewellery

    Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

    International exchanges

    We do not currently offer international exchanges.

  • UK MAINLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND AND CHANNEL ISLANDS RETURNS

    We offer free returns for orders from UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

    A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment. To print out a replacement label click here.

  • HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR UK ORDERS

    Returning or exchanging is easy as it is free of charge for orders on kurtgeiger.com.

    Follow the instructions below for easy returns:

    • Fill out the form enclosed in your parcel.
    • Please ensure you mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange and reason for return.
    • Use the resealable sticky panels on your Kurt Geiger packaging to seal your package.
    • Secure the prepaid postage label provided on the outside of the packaging.
    • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will not be charged to send your goods back to us.

    The Post Office will provide you with a Proof of Postage receipt; you should keep this as it contains the tracking information for your parcel. Please note that without your Royal Mail receipt, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

     

  • EXCHANGES FOR UK ORDERS

    If you would like to exchange any product from the site, please specify the new size you would like to receive on the document enclosed in your package.

    Select the reason for your exchange and follow the returns process above.

    We endeavour to send your exchanged item within 2-3 weeks of receiving your item to our warehouse.

  • UK STORE RETURNS

    Why not return to one of our stores?

    We are pleased to accept any return or exchange in selected Kurt Geiger stores around the UK. Please bring all order documents included in the package as these are needed to perform the store exchange or refund.

  • CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

    In addition to our returns policy, under Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services atcustomerservice@kurtgeiger.com quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

    Swimwear may be returned in store and online with proof of purchase. Items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

     

  • RECEIVING A REFUND

    We aim to process all customer refunds within 2-3 weeks of the items being recieved back into our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be recieved back into your account from this date.

  • LATE RETURNS

    UK Orders: Items should be sent back to us within 14 days.

    Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of our Online Customer service team.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION
