color standards…

our printed colors are close, but not exact. They vary slightly in part because of the different types of paper – label, tag, invitation, coaster, and button paper. Also, the ink color varies slightly from one day to the next. If you need all the items in your collection to match, it is best to order all the items at once so they will be produced under the same conditions. Many factors affect the printed colors, including changes in humidity and air temperature, age of consumable press parts, temperature of the press, and whether the job is at the beginning of a run or at the end. We calibrate daily, check hourly and adjust continually to maintain the colors within a small, specified range.

we reprint at no charge…

if for any reason your order is not what you were expecting. Email us within 30 days or return the items (with free shipping*) within 30 days. Please include a note explaining the reason. If you return your order and request a reprint to change color, style, shape, etc, you pay only for shipping. When we receive your returned items, we will credit your card for the original order. If we have made a mistake, we’ll reprint and ship at no charge; no need to return your original order. If it is our mistake, we may ask to see a photo of your order so we can see what happened. We will upgrade your shipping if needed to get your replacements to you on time, at no additional charge.

if we will be correcting your mistake. We will reprint at 50% of cost, plus shipping, and you may keep the original order.

if you didn’t receive your package. If reported as lost, we check with UPS or USPS, and ask you to double-check with other members of your household, neighbors, etc. If the package does not turn up, we will reprint your order and ship to you as quickly as possible, upgrading shipping (at no additional charge to you) if needed to get to you on time.

if your package is damaged in shipping. We may ask to see a photo of your order so we can see what happened. We will reprint your order and ship to you as quickly as possible, upgrading shipping (at no additional charge to you) if needed to get to you on time.

we refund your purchase price…

if you fill out a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not refund your original shipping charges, but you can return your order to us free of charge.*

if for any reason your order is not what you expected. Email us within 30 days or return the items (with free shipping*) within 30 days. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return. You will be refunded the purchase price of returned items after we receive them.

your refund will be applied as a credit to the charge card you used to place the order. It will be done within one business day after your order arrives at Evermine. Keep in mind it may take your bank several days to process the refund, and for this reason it may be several days before the refund shows on your account.

there are limited refunds on…

rush orders. Because you asked for it quickly, we move your rush order to the head of the line and set up the press especially for your order. We do our very best to make it look great, but we can’t give you an unconditional guarantee on a rush order. However, we promise to provide you with exactly what you asked for, and deliver it when you asked for it. In any case, if we make a mistake on your order such as incorrect quantity, late delivery, wrong color, text not as you input, etc. we will do what is needed to make it right; either refund your money, correct and reprint, or give you a store credit.

special request orders such as font changes, color changes, and special request art or photos. Special requests take time. We do our very best to follow your instructions and make your order look fantastic, but we can’t give you an unconditional guarantee on a special request. However, we promise to provide you with exactly what you asked for, and deliver it when you asked for it. In any case, if we make a mistake on your order such as incorrect quantity, late delivery, wrong color, text not as you input, etc. we will do what is needed to make it right; either refund your money, correct and reprint, or give you a store credit.

there is no refund on…

shipping charges, but you can return your order free of charge.*

orders if it has been more than 30 days after you received it.

orders that arrive on or before the date we promised, but after your event. (we do our best to catch this when looking at orders, and if we discover it we will contact you, but it is your responsibility to be sure that the guaranteed delivery date is before your event date).

refunds on U.S. postage stamps…

if for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom postage stamps, return them within 30 days and we will reprint or give you a refund of your purchase price. To get a refund or reprint of custom postage stamps, we must receive the complete set in original condition and in the original package. We cannot accept partial returns. Our returns policy for postage stamps is limited to within 30 days of your purchase. If they are returned later than 30 days, we cannot give you a refund.

guaranteed delivery dates…

we can’t guarantee delivery for special requests, mint tins, or orders that are held up by the customer. Does not apply during severe weather conditions or natural disasters.

* free return shipping…

we pay for shipping of the return back to us if the package is within the 50 United States. Free return shipping does not apply to international locations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. International customers, please contact customer service about returns.
