You must contact us with any questions or concerns regarding returns prior to requesting a return. You can return any item, except those that are special ordered or shipped via Truck freight, within 14 days of shipment as long as the item is new and in its original condition. Please be advised that most items are charged a restocking fee, depending on the item. We will not accept any items that are Used, Damaged Due to Misuse, or due to Buyer Remorse. Please make sure with a professional that the item you are ordering will work for your application. Any items that are claimed to be damaged during shipment must be accompanied with pictures showing the extent of the damage. Please be aware that manufacturers change product images or descriptions from time to time and we are not responsible for errors resulting in these differences. Also be aware that some items sold on LampsClinic.com use stock images that were uploaded by different sellers. Please make sure that the finish and description of the item you are ordering are correct. You can also contact us to verify if there are any discrepancies. Finally, all shipping charges are non-refundable including actual outbound shipping expenses that we incur. We have these policies in place to ensure a safe and easy transaction for all of our customers.By ordering from our store, you adhere to all of our policies and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 14 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, we reduce refund for returns you initiate more than 14 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility within 14 days.

You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
