For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 60 days of purchase hassle free. Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers except when there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns

For returns, the total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited back to your card used in the original transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the different types of exchanges:

1. Exchanges for products worth the same amount: There will be no additional charge or refund.
2. Exchanges for products with a lesser amount: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction or to your Paypal account. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.
3. Exchanges for products with a greater amount: The difference will be charged to the card used for the original transaction. If the original transaction was processed through Paypal, you will have to return the item and then you will need to submit a new order for the new item(s).
