We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stem cell skin care products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will promptly issue a full refund or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. We ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • Products must have been purchased directly from www.lifelineskincare.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other professional outlets.
  • Please contact our offices within 30 days (unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion) of the date the product was purchased.
  • Request a Return Authorization by calling 1-877-764-9707 or emailing customercare@lifelineskincare.com
  • If requested, mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by the customer service representative. Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase and will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The transaction should appear on your statement within two billing periods. Sorry, but we do not reimburse shipping charges for products sent outside the US.
