You can return all items purchased from within 20 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 – 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result with a restocking fee of up to 25%.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied if not returned in good faith (used products, not packaged properly, damaged products, etc).

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company check.
