RETURNS POLICY

We do hope that you will like the goods you purchased but if you are not we permit the return of any item within 30 days of receipt.   It must be unused and still in its original packaging.

We are happy to exchange the return item for a replacement product or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. Whilst we are not able to refund any postage charges we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

For hygiene reasons duvets and pillows are NOT included in our returns policy and these items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

WHERE TO RETURN SOMETHING

Please wrap the items securely and return with your delivery note by post to:

Please let us know whether you want an exchange or refund.  It would also be helpful to include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return. If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter giving your name, address, customer number if possible, email address and daytime telephone number plus a note of what you are returning and why.

Parcels are returned at your own cost.  As goods lost in transit are not treated as returned we recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse.

You can return an item in person to our shop in Oxted as long as you have your receipt or delivery note.

I HAVE A FAULTY ITEM

It is unusual and disappointing to receive faulty goods.  If you identify a fault within 30 days of purchase, then please return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund.  Please ensure you include details of the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected.  For faulty items we will refund postage and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

If a fault develops outside of the 30 day return period email us at hello@linenhouse.co.uk including your daytime telephone number and we will contact you to discuss the fault and agree the best way forward. Please make sure you read the care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

MAKING AN EXCHANGE

If the product you require is still available we will exchange it for you free of charge. If the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If it costs more than the one you have returned we will need to take the additional amount from you before we can send you the item.  Please ensure you give us a daytime telephone number and your email address so we can contact you.
