All fashion jewelry, HipHop products cannot be returned unless in the original un-opened plastic sealed bag or received defective.

    Step 1.

For all other orders placed at other marketplace, please use their message centers to contact for speedup the service.) Email us at with your Order#, Please Note: email subject MUST be in this format in order to speed up the process: Request RMA# for order#(your order number).
    Step 2.
    After we get your email, we will process it and email you back the shipping label link, and you just print out the FREE shipping label, and drop to post office. You should pay the postage to send the package back to our return warehouse.
    Step 3.
    Once we receive the returned package, we will refer to the order number printed on the shipping label and will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
