Domestic Returns

Lonnys.com is committed to providing its customers with high quality merchandise and strives to fulfill all customer orders accurately.  Items purchased from Lonnys.com are eligible for a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs if any) if:

  • Received back by Lonnys within 15 days from the date when the item was delivered to the customer.  All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Items have all tags attached and have not been worn or damaged. There is no guarantee that all orders will be refunded as merchandise must be inspected to ensure the item has not been worn or damaged.
  • Customer includes the original receipt in the return package.
  •  
  • The item was not on sale. Orders placed using a coupon code with a discount of more than 25% off are considered sale items.
  • The item is not jewelry. We are sorry, but we do not accept returns for jewelry.  If you have received a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will allow you to return the item.

Any items received after the 15 day time window will be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days (excluding shipping costs) and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The store credit can only be used online.

After 30 days, Lonnys.com will not accept any returned/exchange items.

Lonnys.com does not refund any Sale merchandise.  Merchandise from the Sale section of the site, or purchased with a coupon of more than 25% off, is only eligible for exchange or store credit.  If you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service at support@lonnys.com within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the return of their merchandise.

Refused shipments: If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from Lonnys.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges paid by Lonnys, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Lonnys. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
Domestic Exchanges

Exchange requests on full priced & sale merchandise are accepted by mail only with the original receipt within 15 business days of receipt of purchase. Please call to ensure that we have the merchandise you would like to exchange your item for before sending your purchase back: 1-877-LONNYS1

International Return Policy
