LuggageOnline offers to all our US Customers easy returns completely FREE OF CHARGE. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just call us at 1-888-958-4424¬†within 30 days from the date of purchase. One of our friendly multilingual customer service representatives will send you a prepaid UPS label by email with instructions on how to print the prepaid label and schedule a pick-up from your home/office address. You can also drop it off at a local UPS Store at your convenience. That’s it, simple as that!

Product must be in new and unused condition. Your card will be credited the original price of the product once LuggageOnline has received and processed your return (original shipping or rush processing fees will not be refunded). Items returned to LuggageOnline that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a $9.95 return shipping fee.

Credits will be issued within 3 to 4 business days from receipt of returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

– Our Free Return offer is only available on items being returned from the contiguous United States.

– All items must be returned in their original package, otherwise, please use an appropiate box or envelope.

– If you orded included a promotional Gift associated with another item, brand or minimum amount of purchase, it must be accompained with the item returned. Otherwise, the advertised value of the gift will be withheld from the credited amount.
