If for any reason due to non-performance of LuggageGuru.com you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a no-hassle 30 days money back guarantee for any unused merchandise. Returns requested due to non-performance of LuggageGuru.com’s business partners will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.

If you would like to return items that you purchased, please email us at orders@luggageguru.com or call at (469)-554-9373 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Standard Time and we will email you a return authorization number. Please print the email with the return authorization number and enclose it with your return. We recommend that you keep a copy of this email for your records. LuggageGuru will refuse all returns attempted without a return authorization number. Please ship the order back using the carrier of your choice. A delivery confirmation and insurance are strongly recommended for your own protection.

All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached, accessories and gifts included and must be in the original carton(s). Any item that you received as a gift with your purchase must be returned unused or we will deduct their retail value from your credit.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit will appear after LuggageGuru has received and processed your returned item through this return procedure. Within 48 hours after receipt of the item, the returned item(s) will be refunded to the credit card account number of the original purchaser. LuggageGuru will not credit any account number other than that of the account of the original purchaser.

Free Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the day you received your order with no return shipping & handling fees. Simply place your new order and email us at orders@luggageguru.com with your new order number. Once we received your email we will issue a prepaid (free) UPS electronic pick-up label. All you have to do is print the label, attach it to the returned item carton and give it to UPS. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned order.
