MeeMee promises to refund any unwanted item if you return the item to us up to 14 days after purchase, in a saleable* condition.

*Note: Please ensure that you are returning unworn goods, as sold, with all original tags and packaging. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

To return an item please:

1. Tick refund next to the item that you would like to return on the Dispatch note that was included in your parcel and enter the reason code for the return. If you have misplaced or not received a Returns form in your despatch note, please or call on 0161 236 7204

2. Package the items you are returning together, including the completed returns form. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and have not been worn beyond trying on.

3. Peel of the returns label and attach to the parcel. If you have misplaced your returns label, please send the parcel to: MeeMee Returns, Samuel House 47 Dutton Street Manchester M3 1LF

4. Please obtain a copy of “Proof of Posting” at the Post Office – any claims for loss of product during posting cannot be handled without it, in line with MeeMee’s “Terms and Conditions”.

5. Once your return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 working days for any credits** to be processed by your card issuer.

**Please note that the cost of original postage will not be refunded in line with MeeMee terms and conditions.

7. Please note that we do not accept returns on any MeeMee vintage items, this is due to the items being one-off pieces.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you the consumer have an unconditional right to cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing (email is fine). You must also return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
