How can I return an item?

If we have delivered you a wrong or defective item, or you are just not happy with our products, you may return your order for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If the returning item was delivered to a German address and the order amount was over 40 EUR, Minga Berlin Apparel will cover the return fee. Please note that we cannot currently offer this service to our international customers.

Packing & Sending Your Return

Please contact us and tell us the order number before sending any items back. If possible, please also tell us your reason for returning the item. We try to improve our quality on a daily basis, and your comments are highly appreciated. Please also use the original packaging if still available.

After you have received a confirmation mail from us, please return the items to:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and still contain the original tags and packaging.

Because of the time involved in dispatching and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock.
