At Mixbook, we pride ourselves on the outstanding quality of our products. From high-quality, heavy-weight paper to Library of Congress-level binding, we craft each and every Mixbook product to exceed expectations in every way. Mixbook guarantees that your order will have:
- Outstanding Quality. Every Mixbook product is hand-crafted in the USA using the highest-quality papers, covers and binding. Mixbook products are archival-quality and will last for generations.
- No Defects. Mixbook partners with the best print facilities in the industry to ensure that you get a high quality product every time.
- Exactly as you created it. Mixbook uses your original uploaded photos to provide the highest possible quality in your book – unlike many other sites who will compress your photos before print.
Please note that each product you order from Mixbook is individually made by one of Mixbook’s top-notch professional printers. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same product, because we use the latest and highest quality techniques to produce your products quickly so you can get them in your hands! Differences may include slight variance in color fidelity and binding. We do work very hard to keep our products consistent, but small variations are a normal occurence when printing your personal photo books, cards and calendars.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it at any time. Please email our customer support team for additional instructions at hello@mixbook.com. Returned products do not need to be in new or unopened condition, but all originally ordered contents must be included with your return in order to receive a refund. Our customer support team will provide you with a reference number for your return. We do not cover return shipping charges. Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment in 3-7 business days. We also offer credit to be used towards subsequent Mixbook purchases as an alternative to a refund.
