If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from, simply send it back for a full refund. Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund(s) to reflect on your account. Please note that some credit processors allow refunds to take place for up to 90 days. If you are returning items beyond this time frame, it may be necessary for to mail a check to your billing address. Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise that has had tags removed or has been washed, worn or altered. All returns must physically be in the warehouse by the 365th day, from date of purchase. Please plan your shipment according. Any returnable items past the 365th day are deemed un-returnable and will not be accepted. All returnable items must have the tags on them, and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and make-up unless they were sent by mistake or damaged.

You can access our printable Return Form HERE. Please print and fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Return-forms filled out with incorrect information may delay the returns process.

Used A Promo Code or Special Offer?


Online promotion discounts are applied and distributed across all eligible items in your purchase. If you return a portion of your purchase, a portion of the discount may be lost. All Promo codes and Gift Cards expire in 30 days from the date it was issued.

We strive to provide you with accurate sizing detail. We are a reseller of many brands and do not manufacturer clothing ourselves. This poses a challenge for us because each manufacture chooses their own sizing and fit models. Please note that the general sizing guide is not 100% accurate. Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with our models’ specs and the size of the garment the model is wearing in addition to the general sizing charts. You can find the Modal Specs within the description of the item. If for any reason your purchase is not a great fit or you are unhappy with your purchase you have 365 days to return the item for a refund of your product excluding any shipping fees.

Return Labels


If you receive a return label for a damaged item please note that our return labels expire in 30 days. Once a return label has expired we will not submit a new label and you will be responsible to ship us the damaged item for a refund at your cost.

Damaged Items


Any damaged items, missing items, lost or stolen packages must be reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Any issues with a order not reported within this timeframe will not be rectified. Please track your packages and contact us as soon as possible with any discrepancies

Shipping Fees On Returns


Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
In the event an order is shipped with incorrect or damaged items, please contact Customer Service a Shipping Label may be provided.

In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.

All swimwear must have the hygienic protection tag or insert remain inside the swimwear to be issued a full refund. If this is removed, tampered, or missing the product cannot be returned and you will not be issued a full refund.

Cosmetics are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

Sunglasses & Jewelry:
Sunglasses & Jewelry can be returned only in new condition.

Items returned with makeup:
Items returned with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or has pet hair will be shipped back to you, and you will not be provided with a refund

  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
