All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition‭. ‬But mistakes can happen‭, ‬and here at Monkey Business we are committed to your satisfaction.

‬So‭, ‬if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase‭, ‬simply return it to us in its original condition within 30‭ ‬days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price‭. ‬If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part‭, ‬we will also refund the delivery charge.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at with a photo image of the damage, if possible.
Returning Unused Items by Mail‭:‬

  1. Please email us at‭ – ‬let us know your order number‭, ‬the item(s‭) ‬that you are returning and the reason for the return‭.‬
  2. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange‭.
  3. State the delivery address for your exchange‭.‬
  4. Please make sure to package the return securely in the original box and include any paperwork‭. ‬Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service‭. ‬
  5. If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost‭.‬

As a condition for receiving a refund the items must be returned unused‭, ‬in their original condition‭, ‬and in their original product packaging‭, ‬with all labels and tags intact‭.‬
