Shipping information:
MonkeyBean Toys provides a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. All rates will be calculated at checkout.
Free (ground) shipping over $25!
MonkeyBean Toys offers free shipping on most orders over $25.
If your order qualifies, please select Free Shipping at checkout.
To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must be over $25, and:
1. be shipping within the contiguous United States
2. be over $25 after any coupons, gift certicates, other promotions,
or gift wrapping have been applied
$3.95 flat rate ground shipping
All orders under $25 are charged a flat rate shipping charge of $3.95. Lightweight orders (i.e. 1-2 pounds or 1 or 2 stuffed animals) will usually ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service. All other orders will ship FedEx Ground. If you prefer one service over the other, please make a note in the customer comment box at checkout. We can not guarantee a delivery date on ground services. If you need a “guaranteed” delivery date, please choose an expedited option at checkout. We offer Next Day Air, 2-Day and 3-Day . You will see the charges for these services based on the weight of your order and the location it is being shipped to. We ship out of our warehouse in San Jose, CA. ($3.95 is within the contiguous United States only)
Expedited shipping options:
MonkeyBean Toys offers the following expedited shipping options: Next-Day Air, 2-Day, 3-day. Orders must be shipping within the contiguous United States.
PO Boxes | APO | FPO
FedEx does not ship to PO boxes, however, if your shipping address contains a PO Box, we will ship it via USPS (additional charges may apply). Please note that we can not ship an expedited order to a PO Box. We will ship APO/FPO via USPS. We will contact you if we have any questions.
Dropship items:
A few of the larger items on our website are dropshipped from the manufacturers warehouse. These items can only be shipped via UPS ground service. No exedited options are availalbe for these items.
Shipping to Canada:
Items shipped to Canada are in US dollars. Recipients are responsible for paying any Canadian duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be incurred, upon receipt of package. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Refunds
All orders shipped by ground are not guaranteed. If expedited options ( 1, 2, 3-day), are not received in time we will attempt to get a refund from FedEx. If FedEx grants the refund we will refund your shipping cost. Otherwise shipping charges are not refundable (Ground, 1, 2, 3-day), so please choose your shipping options carefully!
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel an order please let us know on the same day as you ordered as we ship most orders the next day. Please include order number.
Return Policy
All products from MonkeyBean Toys are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a prompt refund or store credit. Refunds are credited back to the billing party’s credit card. If you received the item as a gift and want to return it, you can do so for store credit.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, just email or call us and we will send you a replacement and a pre-paid return label for the defective item.
If you want to return a non-defective item, for any reason, you may return it to the address below within 30 days of purchase. All you need to do is send it back to us in “new/unused” condition in the original packaging, or with all tags attached if it is a stuffed animal.
NOTE: You have to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you send your return back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please email or call us to obtain the RMA number.
Make sure to include a copy of the invoice (or packing slip), reason for the return and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be printed on the outside of the box. Send your return to:
