At Motochanic we understand that ordering online is not always easy. Not being able to see the product in person and trying it on for the perfect fit can make you hesitant. That’s why we offer ONE FREE exchange within 30 days and FREE domestic shipping for qualifying purchases*. This means that if the item doesn’t fit, we’ll take care of the shipping costs to ship the item back to us and ship you out another item for free. If you’re just not satisfied with the product, you can send it right back to us within 30 days for a refund** in your choice of original form of payment or store credit. What’s even better is, there is still NO RESTOCKING FEE!

Merchandise may be returned by mail or in person to the Motochanic retail location. Exchanges and Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn and with all original manufacturer tickets/tags. All packaging must be in original condition.

Returning or Exchanging an Item by Mail

You can begin the return process by:

  1. Logging in to your account (My Account) and find your order in the “Completed Orders” Section.
  2. Click on the “Return item(s)” button next to the order you would like to return item(s) on.
  3. Select the quantity to return next to the items you would like to return. Select a reason for the return and select whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or refund. Leave any additional comments that can help expedite your order.
  4. Click the “Submit” button to complete the return request.
  5. Once your return or exchange is approved you will be notified via email.
    • If this is your first exchange for a particular product, we will then provide you with your prepaid return label by your choice of email or regular mail.
    • If you are requesting a refund or if this is not the first exchange for a particular product, then simply mail us the product by following the instructions in the return confirmation email.

Please follow these packing instructions to ensure your item return is processed correctly:

  1. Secure the item in a shipping box.
    • Important: Do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping box
  2. Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
  3. Tape the box closed.
  4. Follow the return instructions in the return approval email.

When we receive the original item(s), we will process your request. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges. If you are requesting a replacement item, we will then proceed with shipping your replacement item. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

Returning or Exchanging an Item in Person

Bring the item, packing slip and all original packing materials and accessories to the following address:

If you do not have the original packing slip, you may print out a copy of your order details from My Account.

Free Exchange Program Terms and Conditions

Motochanic, LLC reserves the right to modify, alter or change any of the Program Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Qualifying Purchases

* Orders that qualify for free shipping also qualify for one free exchange within 30 days of receiving item. This excludes oversized items such as tires, pitbull stands, and parts.

Refund Conditions

** If item is on sale when it is returned, the amount refunded will be the sale price.
