MrPearl11 will replace or provide a full refund for items that have arrived significantly damaged, defective, or not as described, within 30 days of delivery.
We provide this service at no cost to you because it’s our responsibility to ensure that items are delivered in proper condition, and perform as they are described.
For cases where you just don’t want the item anymore, MrPearl11 offers optional return service within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for forward and return shipping costs, insuring the item against damages, and a restock fee.

50% restock fee: used, opened, or damaged
