Every mural is made your way. If you don’t love it, we’ll take it back. It’s that simple.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your wall mural we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. If within 90 days you still want to return your item for any reason, we will replace the item with a mural of your choice, or simply return your money. If after 90 days the product is deemed defective or the return is a direct result of a Murals Your Way error, Murals Your Way will replace the item or return your money in full.

How to Return a Product?

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Murals Your Way customer service and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Murals Your Way will not accept returns without an RA number.

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Murals Your Way and for which you received a Return Authorization (RA) number..
  • Ship the products at your expense. If the product is deemed defective or the return is a direct result of a Murals Your Way error, Murals Your Way will provide a shipping expense credit.
