30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from nonda.co for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returned product(s) must be in the same condition that you received.
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- All return must be authorized. To authorize the return, please contact our customer service at cs@nonda.us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of your delivery date.
Additional terms and conditions:
- This policy applies only to product(s) you purchase directly from nonda.co.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
- nonda is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order. You must prepay all shipping charges and you shall take full responsibility of loss or damage to the product while in transit to nonda.
- Refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 8-10 business days of nonda’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
