We’re not satisfied until you are… even up to a year later. If you don’t love your purchase, we’ll be glad to take it back. Our return process for domestic orders is quick and easy!

Make sure item(s) are:

  • UNWORN and in new condition (no visible wear or tear) with original tags
  • in the original packaging with the receipt or packing slip
  • within 365 days of the purchase date for U.S. customers (60 days for international orders, please see below)

Easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Enter order information from packing slip or log into your account
  2. Select item(s) to return and the reason for returning
  3. Request shipping label (you’ll receive it via email)

Then you can:

  • Return items via UPS
  • Shop for a new item (optional: this is for users selecting to exchange an item)

Returns from outside the United States

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service by phone (1.206.971.7388) or email (customerservice@OnlineShoes.com) within 60 days from the order date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to complete your return.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our global partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, including a U.S. duty surcharge.

I have THREE pair of shoes to return!
Shoes.com bought them out? THIS is THE PROBLEM WITH BUYING ONLINE! NO MORE FOR ME.....EVER! CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...I AM.

SHOES.COM purchased this company knowing of the company's problems. If they won't honor.......well, that tells of thier LACK OF COMMITTMENT.

Online shoes is no longer available. I contacted Shoes.com by phone and bought them out. You cannot return anything. They will give you a 30% discount on a new pair. Talk about pissed! $149 shoes that don't fit!

I have ordered from this company many many times with some returns that were no hassle. Now I have a pair of shoes to return and can't even access their website. Feeling like they went out of business and just dropped off the face of the earth. eBay, here I come.

Have done business with them for years but now all of a sudden, cannot get them. Need to return a pair of shoes...has never been a problem before. Have not received emails from them as in the past.....what has happened? Was always happy with them before.

My shoes arrived in about 10 days. They were too narrow. I was unable to get a return label via their website, so paid for their return via Priority Mail at the Post Office on January 30. I used the address for returns that came with the packing slip. Over a month later, March 2, I got the shoes back. Stickers on the box say "Return to Sender. Key Return Zip Code", with a bar code on the sticker. Their website for returns is not coming up. After reading other reviews, looks like I am stuck with these shoes. Maybe consignment will take them.
