We want you to shop in complete confidence, hassle free and be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product to us in it’s original sale condition * within 7 days of your order being dispatched.

Refund

Please contact us by phone or email for returning products within 7 days.

* Original sale condition means “new, unused, unsoiled, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging and / or tags all attached”.

We may refuse a refund or exchange, where products are not in the original sale condition.
Items must be received back in our store for a refund, exchange or replacement to take place.
Sale items, clearance, custom orders and minor scratch or dent marks and damaged stock are non returnable and non refundable.
All sales are final.

You will be refunded & credited the same method which you paid us, excluding original shipping charges within 1-3 business days with proof of purchase receipts or transaction history for full refunds to take place. We cannot provide a refund for items whereby the “Instructions of Use” have not been followed correctly. The cost of freight / postage for the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be sent back to us with registered postage, as OK4KIDS will not be held responsible for items going astray or lost in the mail.

Exchange

If an item you received as a gift is not what you expected or is the wrong size, you may exchange an item for another product in our range. Please contact us by phone or email for exchanging products within 7 days. The cost of freight / postage for the exchanged product is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be sent back to us with registered postage, as OK4KIDS will not be held responsible for items going astray or lost in the mail. Replacement products are given in exchange for items, if they are available and in stock. If the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item, you will be required to pay the difference.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Products are thoroughly checked before we pack and send your order.

Should your purchase be damaged (excluding damage from postage), faulty or not what you ordered, OK4KIDS will gladly offer you a refund, exchange or replacement. Please contact us immediately within 3 days and return the product to us within 10 days.

Damaged and faulty items must be sent back with all the original contents (labels, tags, box, packaging, all parts, instructions and any extra components) and upon approval a full refund, exchange or replacement granted. If the product is found to be faulty, we will gladly cover the postage costs to send the product back to you.

In the event that items are damaged in transit with Australia Post and/or Courier Services, we cannot accept responsibility if no insurance is taken out on items. All issues and complaints must be forwarded to them directly. Please contact us, so we may also help you rectify the problem.

There are some items in our range that state “assembly required”. We take no responsibility for items damaged during assembly by you.

Incorrect Order

If items you received is not what you ordered, please do not attempt to open the packaging in anyway, shape or form. Contact us so we may rectify the situation.
