All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please Contact OYO Sports Customer Service by clicking here, or contact OYO Sports Customer Service at 1 (877) 720-3291, M-F: 10am-3pm EST. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time and delay in crediting your account. Please have your order number available when contacting Customer Service. All refunds are made in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.

Error in processing your order
OYO Sports will accept returns of merchandise purchased on our website that were shipped incorrectly within -90 days of the original purchase date. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unopened and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Items damaged in transit
OYO Sports will accept returns of merchandise purchased on our website that were damaged in transit, within -90 days of the original purchase date. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unopened and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Defective, missing or misprinted parts
OYO Sports will replace merchandise purchased on our website that is defective, missing or misprinted, within -90 days of the original purchase date. Items returned for refund or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Exchanges
OYO Sports will accept exchanges of merchandise purchased on our website, within -90 days of the original purchase date. If you would like to exchange for a different product, we will charge any difference in price between the item you are returning and the item you are requesting. We are only able to process exchanges for items currently available for sale on our website. Items returned for exchange must be unopened and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Refunds
OYO Sports will process refunds for merchandise purchased on our website, within -90 days of the original purchase date. If you are returning your purchase for a refund, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to place your order. Items returned for refund must be unopened and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Opened merchandise
Opened merchandise that is returned for exchange or refund is subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
