• A return request must be made through the online account area in order to receive a RMA number and instructions
  • Returns are only available 30 days after the product has been received
  • Damaged and missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse no more than 10 days after you receive your RMA number from Pacific Geek
  • 14 days after your RMA number is sent, your return number is no longer valid
  • Pacific Geek does not pay for shipping back to our warehouse
  • Returns must be made undamaged and in the original packaging
  • Refunds will be made to the purchaser in the original form of payment
  • All refusals, replacement refusals, and non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Refunds include the purchase price and tax (if applicable)
  • Shipping and handling charges for the customer and Pacific Geek are not refunded
  • Pacific Geek does not offer a compatibility guarantee; you will be subject to the 20% restock fee
  • Clearance items may be returned within the warranty period for replacement only
  • Software may only be returned if it is unopened
  • Extended Warranty purchases are non-refundable
  • Merchandise damaged due to shipping must be reported to the freight company for a claim

A credit card chargeback instigated by the customer will be voided and treated as fraudulent. Our merchant providers have these terms on file and will refund accordingly.
