We understand that there are times when you may need to return an item. We have tried to make our returns process, and any related charges, as straightforward as possible. To return your item you will need to have your invoice number handy (this can be found on your confirmation email or paper invoice).

To get started with the return please enter your invoice number and postcode below.

 
 

Please Note: The input box is case sensitive, so please take care when entering your invoice number & postcode.

Your invoice number always starts with CI, which will either have been emailed to you or included in the package with the item(s) you ordered. You will find the invoice number located below the company logo and address. The invoice number is also printed on the yellow sticky label attached to each individual item.

Returning an Item from the UK

Simply complete the online form above within 14 days of receiving your order. To make the process quick and easy we will provide a returns pack by email with full instructions on how to return your item(s). Once you have received your returns pack all you need to do is:

If you have simply had a change of heart you can either use the ‘self-paid returns label’ and cover the cost of postage yourself or opt for the ‘pre-paid label’. If you opt to use the pre-paid service then please be aware that £2.99 will be deducted from your total refund. If we have sent you an item that is either faulty, damaged or incorrect then we’re really sorry and we will of course cover the cost to return.

2. Package the item

Place the item(s) in the original packaging or other appropriate packaging ready for despatch and securely attach your chosen returns label to the outside of your package.

3. Return the item

Take your package to the local post office and don’t forget to ask for proof of postage just in case the item(s) gets lost in transit.

4. Receive a refund

Once we’ve received and checked your item(s) we will process your refund. It usually takes 10 working days for this to appear on your account. If you have provided us with an email address then you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Returning an item from outside the UK

If you are returning an item from outside the UK you are required to cover the cost of postage in all circumstances and we are unable to provide a pre-paid label option.

Please note that you have 30 days to return the item(s) once you have received your items. If you change your mind and decide to keep the item(s) you don’t need to contact us as in the event we do not receive your return within 30 days of the return pack being despatched we will simply cancel your request.
