Did you order from us and don’t like what you ordered?
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction 100%. If the product you received doesn’t live up to your expectations, return it for an exchange or full refund* within 30 days of the date of receipt.

You can choose from the following options:

(1) Exchange Your Items: FREE SHIPPING (To/From)- we would love to help you choose something that you are happy with! Give us a call and we will gladly make suggestions of products you may be happier with. We will arrange to have the items picked up at your house, create a new order for the exchange items and ship out the new items to you as soon as we receive the merchandise on the original order back from you. We will cover shipping costs both ways!

(2)Return for Store Credit: FREE RETURN SHIPPING – if you decide you would like to return your items for a full refund* in  store credits that can be used at any of our online stores we will cover the return shipping cost for you!

(3)Return for Refund in Original Form of Payment – if you choose to refund* in the original form of payment, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY MERCHANDISE.

You can obtain a RA online via the My Account tab at the top right of the page or you can email us.

-Select My Account
-Select Product Returns
-Select Request a New Product Return
-Select the Order # and Product(s) that you want to return or exchange
-Select Submit Request
–Email or Phone RA–
1.    Call (973) 261-1020 or email us at help@pinksandgreens.com with the information below:
-Subject Line: Return/ Exchange (Indicate if it is a return or exchange)
-Your Name
-Order Number
-Item Numbers(SKU) of the item(s) being returned-listed on the packing slip and your order confirmation
-Indicate: exchange, return for store credit or return for refund
-We will then issue you a Return Authorization Form (RA) via email
-Print your RA Form and include it with your return
-Send return to address indicated on your RA form or indicated in your Return Authroization email
2.    Put the items in a package (you can use the original mailer that it was shipped in) to ship back to us and include a copy of your return/exchange RA form sent to you via email. If you are returning, we encourage you to use FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority that offers a tracking service. Pinks and Greens is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us. If you choose to return for a refund in store credit, your return shipping will be free!
3.    Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund or exchange per your request. The processing of a refund or exchange may take up to 12 days.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS & CONDITIONS
1. Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 days after receipt

2. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, washed or damanged in any way. All original tags must still be attached to the item.
3. We do not accept returns of custom orders and monogrammed items.
4. Any items return without a Return Authorization or unauthorized items will not be refunded.
5. Any returns received after the Return Authorization expiration date will not be refunded. Store credit will be issued for the returned items.
6. Returns sent to the incorrect address will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee.
7. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on items marked as FINAL SALE.
8. No Exceptions.

*Refunds exclude original shipping charges paid by customer
Free shipping on exchanges is valid for (1) one exchange request per order. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on any additional exchange requests thereafter including requests on exchange orders. We do not cover shipping on exchanges for golf bags, shoes and/or equipment.

International Orders: We only cover shipping on exchanges in the continental US and we are not responsible for any charges related to duties, customs tariffs and VAT when shipping items back to the US.

A $5.00 restocking fee will be cahrged for all footwear and for merchandise returned to an incorrect address.

Store credit value is not redeemable for cash.
