Proenza Schouler Return Policy

International Return Policy

International.Proenzaschouler.com gladly accepts returns within twenty (20) days from the date of shipment.

To return your product, please follow the steps below:

1. Email client.servicesint@proenzaschouler.com and request a Return Authorization form. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

2. Once you receive your Return Authorization, clearly fill out the form supplied to you.

3. Place item(s) in original shipping box with all original tags and packaging. Include both order invoice and Return Authorization form.

4. Secure the box and clearly write the Return Authorization number provided to you on the outside of the box.

6. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Proenza Schouler will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.

7. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Proenza Schouler will not accept any item that has been worn, altered or damaged in anyway. Sale-priced Products, or Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of the order, cannot be returned.

Returns will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt. All International returns will be credited back to the customer’s original credit card within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the Client’s responsibility at the point of refund. Returns of Products that do not comply with the Return Policy may be accepted at the sole discretion of Proenza Schouler.

Proenza Schouler currently does not offer exchanges. In order to change a color or size, simply request a return and place a new order online. You will receive your merchandise faster and we will credit your first order as soon as we receive your return.
