Pür Minerals honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Pür Minerals order, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your product purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Pür Minerals products. We’re sorry; Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7–10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for exchanges from Canada.
If you placed your order with a coupon code purchased through a third-party website, please refer to that site for return/exchange instructions. The policies on this page may or may not apply to your order.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.866.PUR.0022 (1.866.787.0022), or email us at customerservice@purminerals.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
