We guarantee: that each and every one of our products represents value for money; that it will perform beyond your highest expectations; and that we will always put your interests above our own. The Pure Promise is absolute. If you’re not entirely happy then neither are we.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS (14 days on sale items)
Whether it is the wrong size, the wrong colour or not what you expected we will happily offer you an exchange or refund on items returned within 30 days of receipt (14 days on sale items) so long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by you. Products returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels properly attached.
If you are making an exchange there is no charge to return the item(s) and the replacement item(s) will be sent out to you free of shipping and packaging costs.
If you are returning goods for a refund there is a charge of $6 per package, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, IT’S SIMPLE
- All you have to do is complete the returns form attached to your invoice, enclose it with your item(s) in our re-sealable mailing bag, affix the enclosed SmartLabel to the outside of the parcel and drop it in the mail.
- Please retain the tracking number which is the long number positioned underneath the barcode at the very bottom of the Smart Label.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive your item and for us to process your return.
- Dont worry – you will receive an email or phone call from a member of our customer service team to confirm the safe receipt of your parcel.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in your offer.
Returning Gift: Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original payer, however, we are more than happy to offer another item for exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original.
Offers & Discounts: When returning goods, on which you have received a discount, please note that the offer will no longer apply if an item is returned for refund, which subsequently brings the overall total spend below the qualifying level. The saving on the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
