PurNail Return Policy

We are so confident in our product that we guarantee your satisfaction. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at no cost. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion to us (along with any unopened bottles) within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Anytime beyond 60 days from the date of purchase of merchandise, no returns will be accepted.

Please note that any international orders that are returned due to unpaid or refused customs fees will be subject to a $25 restocking fee or PurNail’s actual shipping and handling costs, whichever is greater.
