We are proud of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund.  You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus any applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. Please be advised that if you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.  To ensure proper credit/refund, please return your unused merchandise by following the instructions below.

Return Instructions

1. Go to ‘My Account’ and from the drop down menu select ‘Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months’ and select ‘Go’.
2. Sign into Your Account.
3. Locate the order you wish to return and select ‘View Order’ button.
4. Locate the item you wish to return and select ‘Return an Item’ button.
5. Follow the direction on the following screen and ship via insured and prepaid to the address on the paperwork. Keep the tracking information for this return in a safe location.
