We’ve made our customer service policies to be the same: designed with your needs and comfort in mind.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you receive, return it to RYU™ within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. We accept merchandise returns that are undamaged and in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. When we receive and process your return shipment, we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order.
We will refund the purchase price for returned merchandise to the credit card you used to pay for your original order.
Refunds will be made within 14 business days. The time it takes to reflect on your bankcard is depending on the terms and conditions of your issuing credit card company.
Below are some simple steps to ensure a smooth and timely processing of your return or exchange request.
FOUR EASY STEPS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- Obtain an RMA form. An approved RMA number is required for us to process your exchange or refund request. You can obtain an RMA number by downloading the RMA form, filling out the required information, and returning the completed form. Do not return products without an approved RMA number.

- Submit the completed RMA form. Next, submit the completed form to RYU. This lets us view the details of your purchase and why the return or exchange is being requested. Send the completed RMA form by e-mail to support@ryu.com.
- Receive Authorization for the return. Upon review of your return or exchange request, an RMA number will be assigned and returned to you. If we made an error in your order, we will also issue you a “call” tag and return shipping labels for your convenience.
- Return the product. Ship the product according to the instructions provided below within no more than 15 days of your RMA number being issued.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Enclose a copy of the RMA form in the return/exchange shipment
2. Pack the product with the original packing materials for return shipment
3. Include the original receipt and/or order number
4. Mark the shipping package so that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
5. Ship the package within 15 days of the date the RMA Number was issued to:

EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
In some circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse to honor a customer’s request for a refund or exchange.
Incomplete Return Process:
Customers will not receive a purchase price refund if any of the following occur:
1. An approved RMA form/number does not accompany the returned or exchanged product product.
2. The product is not returned to RYU™ within 30 calendar days of receipt
3.The RYU™ product is not properly packaged with its original packaging, components, hangtags and/or warranty cards.
Disallowance of Refund:
No purchase price refund or shipping cost refund will be provided if:
1. A customer returns the product without prior authorization or an RMA number
2. A customer attempts to return a product that is not sold on the RYU.com store.
3. The product is (1) a “close-out” or other type of item clearly marked as non-returnable on the website; (2) any type of “special order” item; (3) there is evidence that the customer is attempting to abuse the opportunity, such as situations where the product has been intentionally damaged, abused, or well-used prior to its return.
