DELIVERY

We deliver both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

UK Standard Delivery

• Standard delivery within mainland United Kingdom is £2.95. Orders over £75 will benefit from free standard delivery.

• Orders placed before 2:30pm are dispatched the same day (unless otherwise stated) and will usually be received within 1 or 2 working days from when the order is placed, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2:30pm will be sent out the following working day.

• Please note that deliveries to UK Islands (Isle of White, Channel Islands, etc) and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges if we are unable to deliver using Royal Mail. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the options available after you have placed your order.

• Orders are not despatched on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Express Delivery

• If your order is urgent you can select an “Express Delivery” option in the shopping cart.

• This option costs £5.95.

• Orders placed before 2:30pm Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery.

• Orders placed after 2:30pm will be despatched on the following working day.

• Orders are not despatched on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Saturday Delivery

• If you would like your order to be delivered on a Saturday you can select “Saturday Delivery” option in the shopping cart.

• This option costs £10.95.

• Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2.30pm on the Friday before.

International Deliveries

• Delivery within Europe is £9.95 and delivery to the rest of the world (including USA and Canada) is £11.50. Orders over £120 will benefit from free standard international delivery.

• International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail “International Signed For”.

• European orders will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days.

• Rest of the world orders will normally be delivered within 7-12 days.

• The price quoted above and in the shopping cart may be subject to change, depending on the size and weight of the order. In the event of any increase in cost you will be contacted following your order with full details of the actual delivery charges.

Order Tracking

• Orders sent by Royal Mail “Signed For” and courier service can be tracked.  You will receive an email shortly after placing your order which will contact tracking information. Alternatively, call 0121 224 7730 or email info@rockmyvintage.co.uk with your name and order number and we will track it for you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Extended Christmas Returns Policy – We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. All you have to do is notify us within 24 hours of placing an order that the item purchased is a Christmas gift and we will then allow you to return it for an exchange or refund any time up to 14th January 2015. Please note that you must still comply the rest of the requirements set out below in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• You may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with rest of this section.

• To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately (and in any within 14 days of receipt by us of your notice to cancel), in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession and you will be responsible for them until they reach us. Please therefore ensure that you package the items in such a way as to ensure they (and their packaging) reach us in undamaged condition. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

• All Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be free from marks, stains and odour (smoke, perfume, cooking / food). Please also note that items must be returned with all of the clothes tags intact and attached to the items.  In the interests of hygiene we do not be able to offer a refund on pierced jewellery or unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please note that all Products will be inspected on return.

• When returning any Products to us as a result of a cancellation please comply with procedure set out in the section headed “Returns Forms and Returns Address” below.

• Where you cancel a Contract under this section we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Exchanges

• In addition to your right to cancel a Contract under the section above, you can return any Product to us within 14 days of receipt in order to exchange it for a different size or colour or to exchange it for another Product.

• The Product(s) must reach us within 14 days of date of receipt of them by you, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.  You will be responsible for them until they reach us. Please therefore ensure that you package the items in such a way as to ensure they (and their packaging) reach us in undamaged condition.

Returns forms and returns address

• Before returning an item to us, please complete our online Returns Form. Alternatively you can telephone us on 0121 224 7730 and we will talk you through the process.

• Whether you email or telephone you will need to provide us with your order number, the product you would like to return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

• We will then contact you with details of how to return the item and give you a Returns Authorisation Number. Please note that an item cannot be returned without a Returns Authorisation Number.

• We recommend that when you return Products to us you use a postal delivery service that insures the value of the Products being returned and you retain your proof of purchase.

• Please note that an item will only be accepted for return or exchange in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.

Statutory rights

• Your statutory rights are not affected by our Refunds and Exchange Policy.
