It depends where you purchased your Rosetta Stone product. If you purchased from a Rosetta Stone authorized retailer, any returns must follow the retailer’s policies and terms.
If you purchased directly from Rosetta Stone, then it depends on what product you have.
If you purchased the Version 4 CD-ROM, Version 4 Download, or Homeschool edition product then you have 30 days to return your purchase.
If you purchased a TOTALe Online language, the return or exchange must take place within seven days of the purchase.
