Every product detail page clearly identifies if an item is:

  • eligible for a 30 day return policy or
  • eligible for a 14 day return policy*
  • *typically clearance items have a 14 day return policy

Items eligible for return must be:

  • Sent to us within 14 days or 30 days of the date it was delivered to you (depending on the eligibility time frame of merchandise. See above for reference.)
  • Sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
To initiate a return:

    1. Enter your order number and email address here
    2. Click on the order number that contains the item you wish to return
    1. Click on the request a return button and choose the reason that best describes your reason for return
