  • What is the cancellation policy?
  • You cannot cancel your order after shipment has been made. Order of non-special order items may be cancelled if you contact us prior to shipment requesting such.

 

    • Need to return a product?
    • To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are NOT accepted without an RMA number and RMA numbers are only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.To request an RMA: send a request to

Include the following information in your RMA request:

      1. Customer Name
      2. Order Number
      3. Nature of the problem:
      4. Please be specific.

 

    • What is the return policy?
    • In general, The Saddle Zone accepts returns on merchandise within 7 days of delivery for refund, credit, or exchange. Original shipping charges are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Be sure to pack all items in their original packing materials and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We strongly recommend you ship your return with a carrier that offers tracking capability, such as UPS. This will allow you to track your return and help determine its whereabouts if it does not reach us.

Please NOTE refunds will be provided only on products returned in new, unused condition. Therefore if you are unsure of suitability of a saddle, put a clean sheet between the saddle pad and the saddle.
