SAFETYSHOP Returns Policy

  • We are delighted to offer a 30 Day No Risk Trial on ex-stock items from this catalogue. However, goods must be returned in a saleable condition, and to help us to help you, we ask you to follow the easy returns procedure below.
  • To return the goods simply call Customer Services on 0161 406 5553. You will be given an RMA Number that should be marked on a copy of the invoice or despatch note and returned with the goods.
  • All items returned by Royal Mail, must be by recorded delivery. We are unable to offer a credit on any items lost in the post. Mark the package Goods Inwards/Returns.
  • Please note that this policy does not apply outside the UK, or to Custom or Design-a-Sign Products.
