Second Shout Out’s Return Policy – is a non-returnable, ‘A Final Sale’ on all Vintage and Antique items, and is stated on each products listing page. Age appropriate wear is part of buying Vintage and Antiques and this is a Disclaimer that you are buying used items that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot depict. NO warranty of any kind implied or expressed is offered. All sales are final and non-returnable. All collectibles & antique furniture are sold AS IS.
All shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged merchandise due to shipping. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. You “Must” keep all the original packaging and return the product in the original packaging within 10 days to receive credit.
All merchandise and furniture whether refused or it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. And shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
