We guarantee the item we sell on our website for 30 days from date of purchase. Any functional defects will be noted. In the unlikely event of a functional problem, we provide a full and complete refund or an exchange, both at no cost to our customers. You can buy with confidence as we stand behind all our products.

Return Policy

At Secondipity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If your item does not live up to your satisfaction, we will take it back. All returns do require authorization, so please contact customer.service@secondipity.com to initiate a return.  Secondipity can offer level 1 technical support and can likely resolve most difficulties remotely.

If the item is fully functional but you have decided you no longer need it, you have two weeks from date of purchase to initiate a return.  Secondipity will provide a full return minus the cost of return shipping.

In the unlikely event of a functional defect with the item, Secondipity will provide a full refund. Upon receipt, Secondipity evaluates the item for functionality. If the item is defective, a full refund will be provided. If the item is not defective, a refund of the purchase price will be given, minus the cost of return shipping.

Please keep in mind as you make your purchase that the items Secondipity sells can be new, light use or open box units.  They will not always look like what you buy at the store, but they should always work just as well.

Customers outside the United States will be responsible for returning the item at their own expense. Customs, duties and taxes are not reimbursed. International customers can file for a refund of taxes with their respective governments.

Customers will need to save the return receipt as proof the item was returned back to the United States.
