You may return new & unopened bottles fulfilled by SEROVERA.com, with the seal intact and within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, less discounts, shipping & handling costs. Original invoice must be returned as well.

Items that are Not Returnable

SEROVERA® does not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened product
  • Product with broken seals
  • Product damaged by customer
  • Product purchased from sellers other than SEROVERA.com
  • Product not returned in the condition it was received
  • Product sold 90 days passed purchase date

Processing Returns

  • First, call for an Return Authorization Number:

  • Next, write down the Return Authorization Number on the original invoice
  • Last, ensure that the return is mailed via Signature Confirmation– this is required to receive a refund
