SharkStores Return Policy

We’re extremely meticulous when it comes to the product photography, descriptions, measurements and specifications to ensure you, our customers, know exactly what you’re receiving. That said, a majority of our products come with an ‘all sales are final’ return policy. However, in some instances we know you just have to look at it in order to make a decision. For these products we offer either our 15 or 30 day return policies depending upon on the deal. 1) All Sales Are Final

2) 15 Days – You have 15 days from the date you receive the watch at your address (shipping charges are not refundable)

3) 30 Days – You have 30 days from the date you receive the watch at your address (shipping charges are not refundable)

Items which are eligible for returns must be returned in the exact condition it was received by you; in brand-new, unworn condition with security tags intact and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging. If your item is in worn condition or any security tags, stickers maunals, warranty cards, cases or packaging are missing your return will be rejected or levied a 15% restocking fee. Rejected products will be returned to you and a reason will be provided as to why. It is at our sole discretion to accept returns on products which do not conform. Any return received which is acceptable but does not conform to our stated policy will be charged a 15% restocking fee and refund will be in the form of store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable for standard returns. If you refuse delivery of a product and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the actual returned shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee and your refund will be in the form of store credit. Returns received in proper condition but outside the allowed returned period will be charged a 15% return fee and your refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Items claimed by customer to be defective which are returned for a refund via prepaid label and are found to be non-defective will be treated as a standard return and the actual prepaid return label cost will be deducted from your refund. Items claimed to be defective which are returned to us for an exchange via prepaid label and are found to be non-defective will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be charged the actual prepaid return label cost and shipping costs of returning product to customer. If customer declines to have the product returned the proudct will be refunded minus prepaid return label cost. It is at our sole descretion to accept returns received with no RMA number. If a return arrives with no RMA number and is accepted you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the refund will be in the form of store credit.

You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to SharkStores. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.
