30-Day Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund of the purchase price

** EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

During every holiday season from November through December, we extend our returns and exchanges period through to Jan 15th, for all orders purchased during this 2 month period, to give all our early shoppers time to make sure their recipients are completely satisfied with their gifts.

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:

  • Return your item in it’s original packaging within 30-days of receipt.
  • The returned item MUST be received in it’s original condition (i.e. unworn and undamaged). If a return is received with visible signs of wear or damage it will be shipped back to you and you will not be issued a refund.
  • ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. If an engraved or personalized item is incorrectly engraved or has structural damages, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.

PROCESSING A REFUND:

  • Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price of all returned item/items as per your invoice. Shipping and related import duties or taxes will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment source utilized to make the purchase.

How to Make a Return

  1. Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Every order has a packing slip enclosed. On the back of your packing slip is your Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose it with your return.
  2. Package Your Return: Pack your return (and it’s original packaging) either in the same cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed Return/Exchange form.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return back to us using a traceable or insured method e.g. UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (with tracking and/or delivery confirmation), so you have record of receipt of your return.

30-Day Exchange Policy

Shimmer & Stone extends all our customers 30-days (from the day of delivery) to make an exchange of their complete (i.e. you may want a larger size of ring, bracelet or chain etc.) or partial order (i.e. you may want to exchange only the chain from a necklace for a larger or smaller size).

  • Complete Exchange: If you change your mind and wish to have a completely different item to what you received, you can send back your order for a full exchange. If there is a difference in price between the items being exchanged you will be charged or credited for the difference.
  • Partial Exchange: Often customers may select an incorrect chain size when they place their order. You can exchange it for the correct size, by detaching the chain from it’s pendant and sending it back for a partial exchange.

How to Make an Exchange

  1. Email or Call Customer Service: Email or call customer service with your order number (or zip code) and inform us of your intent to make an exchange so we can verify that the item you want to exchange it for is available and in stock so it can be held for you.
  2. Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Complete the Return/Exchange Form found on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.
  3. Pack Your Exchange: If you are making a complete exchange for a completely different item, please enclose your item and it’s packaging (please make sure that the item you are sending back is damage free, unworn, and unused) into a shipping box with your Return/Exchange from. If you are making a partial exchange (e.g. chain size), wrap the item being sent back in tissue and place it in a shipping box with your completed Return/Exchange form.
  4. Ship your Exchange: Ship your exchange to us through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (Please use a method that includes tracking or delivery confirmation).
