Shipping and Handling


General Shipping Information offers free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic US orders, as well as free outgoing exchange shipping. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders, if placed before 12:00pm MST, will go out the same day. Otherwise your order can be expected to ship the following day. Some items, however, are custom made to order and may require some production time before they can be shipped. These items are noted as such in the product description, so please be aware of this when placing orders for handcrafted/custom made items. Please also note that UPS does not operate on Sundays, and UPS Ground and 3 Day Shipments are not accepted on Saturdays. If you place your order on Friday after 12pm MST, or on Saturday using UPS Ground or 3 Day Service, your order will not be processed until the following Monday. Any UPS 2 Day or Next Day Shipments that are made on Saturday will need to be in before 12pm MST, otherwise they will not go out until Monday.

For example:
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00pm MST will begin processing that day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm MST will not begin processing until the following business day.

Domestic orders can be shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If you are purchasing gifts that you would like to have shipped to multiple destinations, please complete a separate order for each item that you would like to have shipped to a different destination.

If you choose to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Timelines

Ground: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.

3 Day Select: Expect delivery within 3 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.

2 Day Air: Expect delivery within 2 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.

Next Day Air Saver: Expect delivery the next business day after your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse.

International Orders

Please note that all international orders are subject to possible customs delays, so please plan accordingly. Your packages may also be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still recorded on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Please expect a shipping time of 3-6 business days for international packages.

Please note that all merchandise is listed and charged in U.S. dollars. Check with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate. All refunds are also issued in U.S. dollars, and we do not account for changes in exchange rate and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates.

General Return and Exchange Information

Because we feel that it is our duty to provide you with the best possible customer service, we try to make the return process as easy and painless as possible. While we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at, please note that all return items must be returned in the condition that they were received-i.e. not worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached. If these conditions are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges on regular returns, unless the goods were defective or you were shipped incorrect merchandise (see below for details).

Exchanged items can only be mailed out to you after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Goldyn offers free UPS Ground shipping on outgoing exchanges within the continental US.

Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Special Items:

Shoes: Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as not to blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, undamaged and free of postal labels. Footwear returns without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

Sale and Discounted Items: Items that are on sale or were purchased with a coupon code may be returned for store credit or exchanged only.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased for more than 50% off or any item marked “final sale” in the product description cannot be returned. If we receive a returned final sale item, the package will be returned to you, a customer care representative will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund. Final sale items may, however, be exchanged for another size or other Goldyn merchandise. If you would like to exchange your final sale item, please contact

Special Orders: All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. This is because we do not manufacture our products and therefore do not offer any warranty. Note that we will pay for the return shipping of incorrectly filled orders as a courtesy to you.

How To Return Your Order

Fill out our Return/Exchange Form:

      1. Check the appropriate box indicating whether you want a refund or an exchange.
      2. Check the appropriate box indicating the reason for the return. If your reason is not listed, check the “Other” box and list your reason for the return. Please be as detailed as possible.
      3. Fill in the “Exchange With” section if you are making an exchange.
    4. Print out the Return/Exchange Form and place it inside the plastic label pouch provided in the package to be returned.

Please return the merchandise with the original packaging if possible. Do not forget to include both the Return/Exchange Form and a copy of the receipt in the plastic label pouch provided, folded with the “Ship To: address facing forward. Attach the label pouch on the outside of your package.

We also ask that when you send us a return shipment, please indicate with your carrier that we require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are left outside of our warehouse by the shipper, as we will not be able to confirm that the package has been received by a customer care representative from our Return/Exchange Department.

We recommend that you insure your return packages to This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
