You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery* for a full refund of the purchase price.  Defective or damaged merchandise will be reuturned and refunded or replaced at our expense. 
(*Exceptions to the 30 day policy will be made for items bought November 1st through December 24th.  Items purchased during this time period may be returned new and unopened by January 10th of the following year.)
While most items will be refunded within 2-3 business days of receipt in our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the process to complete.  This allows shipping time to get to our facility, time to process your return and time for your issuing bank to refund the money to your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.  Most orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days, but may take up to a week in special cases.  Transit times vary from 1-6 days depending on customer location.

Shipping charges will show in the order prior to entering any payment information.
