Simplehuman Return Policy

Returns are on us! We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that’s why all returns to simplehuman ship free via UPS. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).

However, please remember, unused items must be returned to us within 45 days from the original date of purchase. Once we’ve received your item at simplehuman, we will process the refund for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method.
