SINGER22 Return Policy

The new policy is effective for orders placed April 8, 2013 going forward.  Items purchased from SINGER22.com are eligible for return, or exchange within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received.  Merchandise returned after 14 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total at the time of your return.  Please note returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. 

Please note on exchanges for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.  All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or returned as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box.  The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase.

ALL SALE ITEMS, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS.   

At SINGER22.com we offer REVOLUTIONARY RETURNS!  Customers whose returns are received within the specified timeline are given TWO OPTIONS, the choice is yours:

OPTION A: STORE CREDIT +10% 

A store credit has never been better!  Choose this option and we will add an additional 10% bonus to your store credit.  For example:  return something with a retail price of $200, get a store credit with a value of $220.00,  return something with a retail price of $500.00, get a store credit with a value of $550.00.  You catch our drift!  Consider it a token of our appreciation for your repeat business!  Happy shopping!   (Note these examples are prior to any reductions for shipping fees).  This option is not valid for the exchange of a size or color.

OPTION B:  REGULAR REFUND

As long as we receive your return within the 14 day timeline, we will process a refund in the amount of the original purchase less a $10.00 shipping fee, to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to offer store credit only without the bonus to those customers found to be abusing the policy.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME:

If your package arrives at SINGER22.com within the 14 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.   You will be notified via email to the address provided upon checkout.  Please note your banking institution may require additional time for the refund to reflect back on to youraccount.  Please review our policy on returns & exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your package and return your items within 14 days of receipt.  Include your order number on the outside of the package.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied. 

Shoes can scuff easily, we recommend trying on shoes on carpet.  All footwear must be returned in the original shoebox; shoeboxes are mandatory for return, and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.  Please do not use the shoe box as your return shipping box.

All domestic orders include a PREPAID return label. A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your online store credit, or refund. 

Simply affix the label to your package, and drop it off at your nearest UPS store, UPS drop box, or you can give it to your UPS carrier.  The prepaid return label is optional.  You are free to use your own return services at your discretion.  We recommend using a service that you can track, and that offers insurance.
