We do hope you are happy with your purchase; however if you do need to return an item to us, please follow the process described below.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if you notify us within 14 days of purchase that the item purchased:

a) has a fault that was not known at the time of purchase

b) does not do the job that you were led to believe it would do

c) does not match the sample you were shown, or

d) does not fit the description

We are unable to offer a refund if you:

  • change your mind about a product. This includes when a customer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods
  • knew, or should have known, about a fault when the goods were bought, for example as seconds. However, if a second has a fault that the customer was not aware of, or could not have discovered upon a reasonable inspection when the item was bought, their rights are not affected
  • are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased. However, traders should not refuse a refund solely because there is no receipt, if they are satisfied that the goods were purchased from their store
  • are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, general wear and tear or misusing the product.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

In the case of faulty product only, or if we have sent you the wrong items, we shall reimburse the cost of returning the product to us via second class mail. The receipt for same should be included with the return. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting.


How do I return an item?

The process for returning product to us is as follows:

1. Email to advise us that you will be returning an item to us. You must also quote the Order Number in this correspondence. Please also advise if you wish to order a replacement item.

2. We shall email you a Returns Note for you to complete and include with the package.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to, promptly.

For overseas customers, it can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive it, we will inspect and process the goods within 72 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only exchange items purchased from

If you have a query in relation to our service or products, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your enquiry and aim to have it resolved within 5 working days.

We also accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.

If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

If you decide to cancel your order with, you must let us know by email to or in writing to the address above, quoting the order number.

For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
