We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise.

Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Return Process

Your order comes with a return form when you receive your goods. Fill it out with the information needed. Would there be no return form included, you can write down your order number, what you want to exchange/return and your contact information. Wrap your goods so that they are protected.

If you didn’t receive the return note, email us at to request one. In case of a return, you will need to send us back your shoes at your own expense. In case of exchange, we will pay for the shipping back to you. If your return used or damaged goods, we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return and refund has been made, or when we have shipped your exchange order.


When refunded, you receive the money back in the same manner as you paid. For instance if you paid with PayPal then it will be refunded there.

Comments & Complaints

Please send in your items so we can handle the complaint or mishap properly. We will need to see the item before sending out replacements or dealing with the issue. Please contact us and we will send a return note and a return shipping label. Please note that we do not replace shipping costs that you have paid for.


In case of a refund, you get the money back in the same manner as you paid.

A gentle reminder, that we do not refund any shipping or handling charges.

Misdirected Goods

We do our utmost to avoid sending you the wrong products—but if we were to send you the wrong item—or the package got stuck somewhere along the way between us, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, we reserve the right that during weekends or holidays to use them as weekends or holidays, we will get back to you immediately when we return to business.


Also, we cannot fix any errors that lies with one of our partners. But we will do our best to mediate or rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
